The RACM40-K has a 1.6" x 3" footprint as an open card with MolexTM connections or PCB Pins, or 1.8" x 3.2" as an encapsulated PCB-mount module. Operation is to 65°C at full load with convection cooling and 85°C with derating. A 2" x 3" version is available for legacy applications with a standard pin-out.
